Terms and Condition
1. All items sold are brand new and in good condition.
2. The prices are fixed and not negotiable. Almost all are imported thus please understand that the prices we had offered is reasonable indeed.
3. Refund and exchange are not allowed after transaction has been made.
4 .STRICTLY NO backouts once purchase(s) has been confirmed, failure to adhere to this will result in the buyer being blacklisted. No future order will be entertained.
5. Once item confirmed the item will be reserved for 2 days ONLY. If no payment or excuse given for the late payment item will be released to next buyer in line.
6. Failure to confirm the item in 24 hours will also resulted in item being released to the buyer who can confirm the fastest.
7. Pending means the buyer yet to confirm the confirmation mail thus keep the order coming and if whoever can confirm the order the fastest entitle to Reserve the item.
8. All items Sold are handpicked directly from either Jakarta, Bandung or China hence not restockable unless stated otherwise.
9. Items will be delivered within 2 days after payment is made though we reserved the right to deliver as time permits us. But no more than 3- 4 days.
9. We will not be responsible for any lost or damage during delivery especially for pos express.
